To register for an account, please visit the Registration page first. On that page, select New Customer if you do not have a business account setup with Clover.
If you have an account number already setup and are just looking to register for website access, please use the Website Access option.
Clover’s website allows only registered and approved accounts to purchase on the website. If you are logged in and still don’t see an option to purchase products, please contact your account administrator and ask for updated permission. Each account has at least one website access administrator.

To return products to Clover Imaging, you have a few options:
Online RMA Request:
Log into your account.
Go to the 'My Tools' section and select the RMA option to submit your return request.

Provide your name/company, item(s) to return, quantity, reason, Order# or PO#, and cartridge code if applicable.
An approved RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return shipping box.
If you forgot your password, it’s easiest to reset it using the “Trouble Logging In?” option on the Login Page. Once you provide the email you use to login into the website, we will send you an email with reset instructions. Follow these instructions to setup a new password.
Yes, if you have permission to view Order History on Clover website, all orders will be available on the Order History page. This includes orders placed on the website as well as those placed through other channels.
If items you ordered are on a backorder, please visit the Backorders page for their status. If an ETA for delivery is available, it will be displayed next to each item on a backorder.
To setup a default ship-to address for your checkouts, on the Shipping Addresses page, click on the star icon next to the address you want to setup as default.

Fill out the form fields for your new user. Select which permissions your new user should have and assign a username and password. Click Save. You will receive an e-mail confirming the new user has been set up successfully. Follow this procedure to set up each new user.
After you have created a new user, the new user will receive an automated email with their new user name and password. They will be given instructions on how to change their password if they would like to choose their own. However, as an administrator, you will always have access to delete/edit users, view their profile information (including their password) and change their permissions.
If you need to edit a user, there are links beside each user to edit or delete the user’s profile.
If you delete a user, the user will now appear on the Deleted Users Page and you can Re-Activate at any time if you need to do so.
