To track your order, log into your customer account and go to the Order History page. There you can view the status of all your orders and access tracking details for shipments.
To check product availability, log into your customer account and view the product details page. If an item is not available, the website will display possible substitutions you can order instead. You can also use the “Email me when this item is available” feature to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
Shipping cut-off times are displayed on each product page next to the availability location. Orders placed before the cut-off time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day.
If you need to change the shipping address on a recent order, please contact us right away. Because orders ship quickly, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse. If the order has already shipped, the address may not be able to be changed.
Yes. If you are paying for shipping, you can choose your preferred carrier and shipping method, including expedited options, when placing your order. If Clover is paying for shipping, the shipping method will be selected at Clover’s discretion.

How it works?
Click the blue button "Create New User"
Fill out the form fields for your new user. Select which permissions your new user should have and assign a username and password. Click Save. You will receive an e-mail confirming the new user has been set up successfully. Follow this procedure to set up each new user.
After you have created a new user, the new user will receive an automated email with their new user name and password. They will be given instructions on how to change their password if they would like to choose their own. However, as an administrator, you will always have access to delete/edit users, view their profile information (including their password) and change their permissions.
If you need to edit a user, there are links beside each user to edit or delete the user’s profile.
If you delete a user, the user will now appear on the Deleted Users Page and you can Re-Activate at any time if you need to do so.
