CIG wins the Quality Leader award at RemaxWorld Expo in China validating the superiority of remanufactured cartridges versus new build compatibles.
Quality Leader Award Winner
In order to be selected as the Quality Leader Award winner, Clover Imaging Group had to meet certain standards and expectations for product performance. CIG was recognized based on their ability to produce a product that consistently delivers quality performance. Clover Imaging Group’s remanufactured toner cartridges are the industry leader with a 99.6 percent success rate for color, as well as monochrome toner.
"Winning this award, especially at this event where there is a preponderance of newly built compatible toners, is a testament to our business model based on the permissible repair of spent OEM cores," said Luke Goldberg, EVP Global Sales and Marketing for Clover Imaging Group. "While we didn't participate in the panel at the show, which discussed the ongoing battle between newly built compatibles versus quality remans, we have been a strong advocate for the value of quality remans as the best choice from an IP, quality, and environmental standpoint. We view this as additional validation for our stance and for our steadfast commitment to remanufacturing.”
This is the third consecutive year that Clover Imaging Group has won an award by RT Media. In 2017, CIG was the recipient of the Excellent Service Award. For 2016, Clover Imaging Group won the E-commerce Leadership Award. These three awards showcase the superior customer experience CIG delivers on a daily basis.
